My first visit to Hawai‘i Islands. Beautiful landscape born in fire over millennia fed by multiple volcanoes. Different ecosystems and geologies through out the Island taking you from a balmy 90 degree Fahrenheit weather on the coast to 30 degree Fahrenheit weather on top of Mauna Kea. Rainforests, grasslands, deserts and waterfalls in a small area shows the diversity of this Island. I hope these pictures give you a glimpse of Earth’s power and bounty!
